Hey, if I want to control you the first thing I have to do is to create a false sense of fear in you.
I have to tell you lies about your neighbors, rumors about foreign countries and weapons of mass destruction.
Create an alert system that I can use frequently, so that just as you are starting to relax and see the world with a new view, I can push the Color button that produces fear-fuelled adrenalin.
I will control your mind with all the media outlets at my disposal.
Coax you along gently so that you look only to me for guidance.
Heaven forbid you should think for yourself, become creative, live off the grid, invent a car that does not depend on oil companies, create community outreaches of love and friendship that will grow quickly and dispel my lies.
No, I have to isolate you in your home with walls of fear, so that your only contact with the outside world is via that computer you bought that I have convinced you that you cannot live without.
I will tell you what to wear, what car to buy, drinks and food you need.
Please do not make your own; I have sweatshops all over the globe working for me producing poor quality products at a grossly inflated profit.
Hey, you do not even have to have real relationships; you can fulfill your pleasure on line.
I want your total attention, I`m very jealous I am behind the 1% that control it all and even they do not know I have them.
The greatest trick I have ever pulled is getting you to believe I don`t exist,
Oh and I also started religion, very proud of that one :0)
So please stay asleep, stay drugged, up support all my companies, hate your neighbor and above all else, never, ever, ever Think outside the box... that is a very dangerous game...

Hi again Mike, I guess the devil is in the detail, thought provoking, but we can only be controlled if we allow our-selves to be controlled, technology is the proverbial sword can be use for good or for evil,if I didn't have my laptop and internet I wouldn't be communicating with a nice man like yourself. I don't think we are sleep walking into disaster, people are much more aware than you give them credit for, hence the protests against inequality and the fall of the despots who ruled for decades. The trick is to know when to stop

Mike107, This is very insightful and true! Many do not realize just how much is being controlled around us! This is why it is so good to have an ongoing spiritual relationship with The Lord! Thinking outside of the box is Great and very helpful!

Clever. So true though. That's how we fall for it every time, Worshiping fear by heeding its lies and obeying its many voices. Just like an addictive abusive relationship we just keep going back for more.

One must have the guts to be themselves. We get to decide who/what we are.

What the "truth" is who knows?
